The Residential Building

The residential buildings, though each with unique apartment types, share a cohesive design approach across each level. The ground floor primarily consists of studio apartments featuring a courtyard facing the inner plot, along with outdoor living and dining areas. Inside, these studios offer an open layout with a combined living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

On the second and third levels, most units are two-level apartments. The first floor includes an open living room and kitchen area that leads to a balcony and a WC, while the second floor houses a spacious bedroom with ample storage and a private bathroom.
